The location of the hotel is disappointing as it is not as close to the water as advertised. the hotel is situated next to a busy street, which takes away from the peaceful ambiance. However, the rooms are clean and provide a comfortable stay. The bathroom facilities are adequate, though not luxurious. The service at the hotel is decent, with the staff accommodating our request for a late evening drink at the bar. Although limited, the breakfast served at the hotel is satisfactory.

The hotel lacks multilingual staff, making communication difficult for non-Czech or non-German speaking guests.

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. the rooms were always clean and well-maintained, providing an added level of comfort for my stay.

The downside was that the hotel does not accept most credit or debit cards—a significant inconvenience for travelers. language barriers presented a challenge as most of the staff did not speak English, and I had challenges communicating with the staff.
